Dr. Gamble-George was selected from over 2000 nominations of women and allies in technology to receive the WomenTech Network Special Recognition Global Award. This award was given by the WomenTech Network, which is a global platform powered by Coding Girls, Tech Family Ventures, and Tallocate promoting diversity in technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The award was presented at the Women Tech Global Awards 2020 virtual ceremony, which honored the most accomplished women in technology and allies through an interactive platform featuring live ceremonies, keynotes, engaging panels, breakout rooms, country and chapter leader sessions, technical workshops, and networking with face-to-face sessions.
